Our team is the new kid on the block but we have branched off from RM Discover which has been staffing since 2010. Union Morris focuses its strongest recruiting efforts on Diversity. While you obviously cannot exclude applicants and employees based on diversity, our talent acquisition team keeps track of the breakdown of the workforce information made public as well as our own ATS.
